It only took 3 months to get my refrigerator fixed and finally after the various missed service appointments it's fixed. ALESSANDRO did a great job. But I probably will not renew the service contract next year

Robert was a very pleasant gentleman. Came in and took a looked at my refrigerator. I explained what the problem was (not making ice). He looked at the ice container, removed it and returned it back. He explained that probably because I had a water problem at my home the refrigerator had to reset itself and it looked like it did. Gave me a piece of mind. Thank you.
