Theodore was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. He notified me when he was in his way and arrived promptly on time. He went immediately to work and figured out the problem a fixed it. He was very courteous and cleaned up after himself before he left

He immediately understood the problem, the cause, and the required repair, and he explained all of this clearly. Although I hope to never again need this service, I would be happy if James was the technician who is assigned in the future.
