"It Happens" That's what Dimitri told me again , the first time is when the other technician ordered the wrong part, so Dimitri told me it happens, the other technician fixed the fridge and forgot to turn on the switch for the ice maker, today Dimitri turned on the switch and again told me it happens. Thank God for Dimitri, he knows his stuff. It. Happens!!!

Wayne was a 5 star professional. Very pleased with his work. However, I was not happy about the service I recieved from the office and AI. We were rescheduled too many times. I was totally unable to contact a person to resolve the misinformation you had on our parts. We had the parts since the 24th of august but was unable to let you all know because of the AI. I will not do business with AI.
