Wayne was very good. He explained that the drain was blocked and there was a build up of ice. He cleaned it out. He said it could take 24 - 48 hours for the temperature to be back to normal. Therefore, I cannot confirm that the problem has been resolved yet.

After several missteps over two months with several Sears AI bots , I was able to schedule a repair with Matt. He was helpful courteous and professional . I only hope there is a bail out to talk to a real person when there is a problem . I was unable to do that and it became more and more frustrating with promised repair visits by email with time and date but no record in the system . It was a cluster !!!!!!!
