Refrigerator gaskets
Although Abel wasn't able to replace the old gaskets with the new ones ordered, he worked so hard to get them to fit. But they were too thick and wouldn't allow the door to close all the way. Abel's determination is very commendable. Thank you for sending this excellent employee to us today!

Our door icemaker and water stopped working. We had just replaced the water filter, so we thought that might be the problem. We put the old one back in and everything worked. We replaced it again with the new filter. This time it didn't work, but told us we had a leak. Sears service came out and determined we had a faulty filter. He ordered a new one and suggested a new filter manifold. The parts were delivered to the house. Sears service came out. He put the new filter on and everything worked. He did not know why the other guy ordered a filter manifold. We asked him to credit back the labor and part. He said we had to schedule another appointment to get this cleared up. They scheduled it and tried to show up again. I talked to James and explained what we needed. He said he would take care of it. Now it looks like we got another bill for the work today, which never happened. It was just a phone call. I just can't figure out how to talk to a live person, AI is out of control. Somebody help!
