Getting a hold of sears was terrible and the automated system is EXTREMELY frustrating! The technician was fine, it was everything else about the experience that was horrible. I will NOT be buying another appliance from sears in the future. I have been a loyal sears customer since high school some 50 years ago. The technician was trying to be as honest as he could and I therefore declined to have the unit repaired. Sears has definitely lost itself over the years, getting the cheapest companies to build their product and the put their logo on it. Bad choice! It's the end of my relationship with sears.

Andrew is a superb tech. The source of the issue was difficult to find. Andrew used his extensive experience to unearth the reason my ice LG ice maker had failed. I felt comfortable with Andrew being in my home. I hope he is the tech on any other Sears service I need in the future.

Gary was excellent. It is unfortunate, however, that Sears Home Services is now a completely robotic, AI company, with no human interaction other than the repairmen. AI robots cannot replace local, human customer service.
