Problem wasn't fixed
David installed the replacement part but my refrigerator is still leaking. So I will be contacting Assurant again for the 6th time. Do not buy a whirlpool model number WRF767SDHZ

Richard was great, because he actually fixed the problem. The first guy you sent could have done this, because the supply line was frozen. But they chose to throw parts at it and it took 5 appointments, each of which trapped me at home ALL DAY to get this fixed.
