Great Technician
Mr. Ismer provided excellent service diagnosing and repairing my refrigerator. He identified the root cause quickly and resolved the issue in under an hour. He was extremely kind and professional throughout the visit. I am highly satisfied and he deserves more than five stars!

Gabriel does good work and service. The only issue I have was the original issue was opened March 24 and the problem was resolved on 5/5/26. And sears billed me for 3 months and I was not happy. I had to pay ice for 8 weeks until Gabriel fixed the ice maker which sat for 30 days waiting for 5/5/26
