Hector was very professional, quick, and thorough with his diagnostic assessment. He clearly explained the different diagnostic evaluations he performed and informed us of applicable resolutions for our issue. I would use the service again because of the service provided by Hector.

Bruce called in advance prior to arriving. He was in a Sears uniform shirt which makes a big difference regarding confidence and trust. Bruce was also knowledgeable about a warranty offer that I had seen prior to making the appointment. When I asked the question about it, to my astonishment, he knew what I had seen online and was able to provide me with details regarding the offer right off the cuff. That is what I call a professional service call!
