Cliff was excellent. He had to replace the compressor on my refrigerator. He was also training Carl. Cliff's expertise was obvious as I sat in the living room. He patiently trained Carl and encouraged. Cliff did have to monitor, guide, correct, and ultimately fixed my fridge! He deserves a raise!

We were so excited that Dennis worked overtime to install our icemaker. We turned claim in 7/11. When repairman came out 1st time he said we needed a new icemaker. At that time I wrote a check for icemaker & visit around $450. The next repairman came out & wrong parts were sent. He said he would reorder. We kept getting e-mail saying they would come next Monday. That went on for weeks. AI was the worst & no help at all. We called Sears for a new claim ss they could not find anything on file. After 2 1/2 months we were pretty much done & wanted a refund & cancel our home Warranty which we paid 3 months for. The man on phone was great & took enough time that we received icemaker in 3 days. Needless to say Dennis did a good job & was in & out in a short amount of time. I need my dryer looked at so would request Dennis as we can trust him Thank you Dennis
