John, from Sears Home Services visited our home and turned a noisy, 5 year old refrigerator to one that is now quiet as a mouse. The problem was ice buildup around the condenser fan. No parts needed to be replaced. John was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and gave me confidence that Sears has my back. I'm very thankful! đź‘Ť

Sears' scheduling software is horrible. I could never call a person outside of India to complain and they had no ability to contact anyone other than an email. Sears is horrible and I'm canceling my plan. I had to clear 5 days of my schedule due to no fault of my own!
