Easy to work with, very helpful

If there is a complaint, it was that he arrived outside the service window, but he did call, and that is understandable. He was extremely courteous and professional. Explained the problem, and fixed it in a very timely manner. Excellent interaction!!!!

John was working under difficult circumstances today. The initial service person had ordered the incorrect parts/made an incorrect assessment and John was also trying to help another repairman over the phone while faced with a challenging situation at my house. By the time he finished the appointment I understood the situation and appreciated his expertise, but it would have helped to explain things to me earlier. I think he is a 5/5 tech with 4/5 people skills - still quite good.

My tech, Ledger…could see how much I needed service. He listened to my problem and stayed to complete my service even though he could have passed it on to someone else. I, as a customer had a real problem with your AI service…it was so much back and forth, appointments that were scheduled but never completed! I have never experienced such a mess! But after all the problems…your employee, LEDGER WAS EXCELLENT…I give him the highest praise!!
