Technician was great!! Trying to book an appointment and follow up was horrible!! Sears rescheduled once on me and then they said I cancelled another appointment the day of. Originally reported the issue of fridge running warm the beginning of July. After one rescheduled appointment by Sears and one they said I cancelled finally a technician came today - over 2 moths later to install the parts. Still waiting for fridge to cool down. Horrible you can't talk to a person!!!
