Our technician was very kind, courteous and efficient. On the first day he explained what the issue and ordered the part. Today he showed up and with grwat care made the necessary repair. This was the easiest encounter I have ever had with repairs of any kind. I am pretty impressed with this whole repair from start to finish. My LG Fridge is working again and I could not be happier!
