Service people are amazing! Tracking and making appointments with your system? I knew the first time no one showed up at a scheduled appt and your AI blew me off that I was never going to buy extended warranty with this circus. But Troy? Top notch! Start your own business Troy!

My appointment window was from 8 AM till 10 AM. Richard showed up right at 8 AM which was a pleasant surprise. Richard worked on the refrigerator for over three hours replacing a couple of parts. He was very conscientious about his tools and my refrigerator, making sure not to scratch or damage anything. From a layman's perspective the amount of work that Richard had to do on the refrigerator was way more than I expected. The refrigerator works fine. It has kind of a loud operating noise, that wasn't there before but I don't suppose that has anything to do with the installation and probably more with the replacement parts. In all, I thought Richard did an excellent job.
