Though he wasn't able to fix our fridge (it's 24 years old and the part needed is obsolete) he was helpful in offering tips to try to locate it and knew exactly what the problem was, saying he was sorry he couldn't get the part himself as it was an easy fix. Very knowledgeable, punctual and kind.

Received several notices of additional times he was available prior to scheduled service after parts arrived if convenient for me to come sooner. Individual was very friendly and professional and completed installation timely and tested for proper function before leaving.
