Great service, from troubleshooting to the return. He scheduled the part to be drop shipped and the return. Communication from Sears via email was pretty easy too.

We were very happy with Cole and the service he provided on our wall oven and our refrigerator. Your AI customer service, not so much. Text messages reminding us of the appointment showed the incorrect street name. Tried to correct it with no success. Even called the Sears service number. Very frustrating. "Chat" is a misnomer. Can only answer questions the computer asks.

The techs who show up are consistently pleasant, professional, and competent. The customer service system in place is terrible. No way to get to a live person, repeated requests for the same information, it's like my time has no value. I am a fan of AI, but Sears has taken it too far. No live agents and the AI agent can't handle anything outside routine. Do better or close up shop.
