Anthony is great. Sears needs improvement.
Once he showed up , all good! Was postponed twice before, but that's not his fault, has more to do with Sears scheduling problem.

Ramiro did an excellent job. He figured out why my freezer wasn't working and he fixed it. It took a little bit of trial and error but every time he came he worked to find the problem and was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend him, he is an asset to your company.
