I know my machines are going to be working when he leaves.this was originally suppose to fix my wash machine today and refrigerator. Refrigerator was fixed now have to wait another 2weeks unless you have a cancelation on a Tues or thurs.. thankyou SY

It took OVER a month for you to get the part ordered and finally here. You made 4 appointments you did not keep during that month and i had to call you to find out why did not come

2 month old refrigerator and the ice maker stopped working. Frigidaire warranty service was very quick to respond and scheduled with sears to repair it. Parts were shipped to me within days and Andrew replaced the ice maker a few days later.
