One was very professional and very courteous. I was happy to see that he was the same tech that found what was wrong with my refrigerator the first visit. Benjamin arrived on time was polite and professional and extremely efficient in dealing with the issue we had with our refrigerator. He complied with the warranty companies requirements quickly, and although it turned out that the warranty company did not cover the issue he offered us the option of having the work done or leaving the refrigerator as it was because it was closing after he had removed the damaged little piece that was in the way we're still contemplating whether we wanna have the work done or not, but he was the consummate professional, something rare and someone as young as him
