Lonnie was professional
Lonnie has been to our house twice. Once to diagnose our problem and then again to put in a part to repair the problem. We found Lonnie to be friendly, knowledgeable and proficient. If we have any other appliance problems, we won't hesitate to call Sears (Lonnie).
