The repairman showed up on time and was very knowledgeable on my GE Profile. Water was leaking down into my freezer bottom and all my frozen food was thawing. Sometimes the ice maker was not working either. He was fast and got my refrigerator doing what it should. I highly recommend Sears repair and I had Home Shield so it only cost me a service fee. Thank you Steve for the quick and expert service.

Well, the first thing I noticed about Mr. Enrique was his respectful and caring position. He treated my home with utmost respect and conduct himself as a true professional. His ID was on his shirt, clearly enough for me to see. All-in-all, he completed the job in a timely manner. KUDOS to Mr. Enrique.
