Antonio was scheduled to fix my ice maker, but in between the time he was here to diagnose and the time he came back to repair (my original repair time was pushed back due to scheduling conflicts on the Sears side) my freezer had started leaking. Antonio figured out that my drain was clogged and tackled that problem and then moved on to replace my ice maker and was still super speedy!! A++

Darryl was great, professional and knowledgeable. Looks like he did a good job. Now if only your texts and emails were more accurate. I wanted all day on 10/6/25 for a tech to show up. I called 6 times and was told over and over the tech was running behind and would be here. Guess what no one showed up. Keep in mind I had 3 coolers full of food and fridge had been turned off since the night before. Please be honest with your customers!! I was totally upset!
