Harold called approx 30 mins prior to arrival. He trouble shot our (2021) Whirlpool frig ice maker which had stopped working w/o any sort of warning. He had a new ice maker on hand and promptly replaced it after explaining the cost and securing my approval. He then cleaned the frig coils (which had not been cleaned since we bought the unit and was VERY dirty!), cleaned up and after I paid for the service he promptly left. Polite and seemed very knowledgeable. Great service tech. Thank you Harold.
