The Sears Home services representative, Paul, did an excellent job in determining the leaking issue with my LG refrigerator. He ordered the reauired part to be sent to me and quickly repaired the refrigerator after the part was received. I really appreciated Paul's knowledge and work efforts.

I realize this review is primarily for Norberto and he was courteous and appeared to have completed the work on my Kenmore Elite Refrigerator so I felt it only fair that I give him the correct rating. My concern is I am not sure whether my refrigerator is REALLY fixed and no blame should be placed on Norbert or any of the technicians assigned to this repair of which there were 4 beginning August 29, 2025 thru today, October 8, 2025. I would like to speak to someone regarding the over all quality of the service process and via AI. If that is a possibility, you should be able to find all my contact information as you have been sendinging texts, emails & I even was invited to a Virtual call at one point. I hope this gets to someone in hopes it will help the next customer expect a better experience than I had. I am 74 and to my knowledge have always had Kenmore appliances subsequently subscribing to your warranty programs. I look forward to speaking to someone soon. Thank you!

Having a home warranty, it was found the fault with the freezer was self inflicted due to the door not being closed fully. As there was minimal labor involved, we were offered a cleaning of the fan and motor, which we had done. Minimum fuss, maximum benefit.
