Craig was courteous, introduced self, and listened to my concern regarding my refrigerator issue. Craig serviced my last appliance and was super efficient about my appliance needs. He explained the process for possible replacement due to inability of parts. Keep up the good work, Craig.

We actually ended up with two service repairman showing up within 10 minutes of each other on the same day. Eddie being the last technician to show up. he took over the situation re-diagnosed it properly and fixed our problem.
