I placed my service call Sept. 11 and oct.10 it is finally fixed. I had 4 scheduled service calls not keep. I waited the 4 hour window for someone to come. no one came or even called nothing. I escalated my displeasure with the service but no one cared until the 4th missed visit. It was very frustrating because of the AI messaging Sears uses. The service rep. Said he didn't get any of the messages I sent. I had to call Asurion and they use Sears to do repairs. It seamed Asurion couldn't call Sears directly only leave them messages that didn't help. I lost everything in my freezer and a lot in refrigerator because it was too warm inside. I like my LG refrigerator but the service sucks.

October 2025. Our refrigerator lost its cooling capacity causing great inconvenience for my family. An appointment was set and Tadd kept us informed of his planned arrival, came on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave us a temporary solution that would last the week until he would return to replace the non functioning parts. He worked confidently and cleaned up the work space. This afternoon he installed the parts and we now have a well functioning refrigerator We are very grateful to have had him provide these two service calls
