This is Juan's 2nd time to install frig replacement parts.He quickly replaced the water pitcher. I mentioned that replacement ice maker was giving me a problem. He was able to tweak that too.

Noah checked out the ice maker thoroughly to be sure that all parts were working correctly. Problem was then located as a freeze up in the fill tube. He cleared the ice and reinstalled the ice maker, checked the heater to be sure it was working. Water filled the ice tray so all should be fine when temp reaches correct temp. Noah arrived at announced time, worked efficiently and courteously and fixed my problem. Great service.
