Good service
Ed was very thorough and found the freezer drain was blocked with old bolts causing the ice on the floor of the freezer. He estimated they had been stuck in the drain since it was new.

Well, it appears as though Mr. Nelson knows exactly what he's doing. I just have to wait and see between twenty four to forty eighty hours to see Ice. Only time will tell. KUDOS to Mr. Nelson.

I am very happy with my protection plan........I am disturbed that I can not call anyone except a machine to answer my questions or call for service. Everything is done via computer and I really, really don't like doing business with a computer. I also wonder since it has taken about a week wait for repair what would happen if the repair was for a refrigerator or freezer full of food? Would it take a week? When you do not have a live person to talk to, of course it would.
