Dane and Daniel are both knowledgeable and courteous technicians, who pride themselves in doing the job right the first time. However, the company is a nightmare to do business with. The company runs on AI, No live customer support. The technicians get 5 stars, the company gets a minus 5.

Tech was knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly pinpointed the problem and did a breaker reset for the Fridge. This did the trick and as this was a brand new replacement ice maker installed last week, the reset put it in the correct mode and the icemaker filled with water as it was supposed to. We should have ice shortly. Thanks again.
