I feel that Archie was very good at evaluating and adjusting the refrigerator that had a minor water leak. Oh, I just got a message from my wife saying we had a three month warranty. Will we get a refund? Archie didn't have the information from the last repair you did for us.

Richard was the first person I spoke to when issues with my fridge first started. He was very informative. Since that first conversation, I had two other techs who were not nearly as knowledgeable as Richard. My guess is, had Richard Been sent out to Repair the first time, maybe I wouldn't have had to wait three months to get my fridge fixed properly. You should probably have your other techs learn from him!!
