Technician was on time and courteous. Found the refrigerator and freezer achieving correct temperature ok. Said the defroster was working because all the fans on. Technician didn't do anything with customer comment that there is still a lot if ice buildup and the defroster seems to be running in overdrive. Showed a picture of ice buildup before customer cleared it out (before Technician arrival) Technician said if ice buildup return, call before clearing it or unplugging fridge so technicians can get full data and eyes on what is going wrong.

Due to fault of the warranty company, my request for dishwasher repair repeatedly was scheduled as refrigerator repair. Robert, refrigerator repair tech, was scheduled 3 times for the repair. He called prior to each appointment and did all he could to help schedule a dishwasher repair technician, even calling the warranty company. Very courteous and helpful. Never got the pleasure of meet him in person and he did no repair. But for all his efforts and kindness he gets 5 stars! Assurant gets 0 stars!
