Mr Edward did an excellent job, Considering that he just took over for the job that's been six months old . I'm so thankful that someone finally cares instead of just talking money from us . We developed a plugged drain in our fridge freezer. I called Monday evening, Rudy was out Tuesday morning. He took everything apart, cleaned it out (giant slabs of ice!) and put everything back together. He protected our floor, and explained that this just happens over time; it wasn't anything we did wrong. He was professional, careful, friendly, thorough, and quick. We're completely satisfied with his visit.
