Had water leak issues even after serviced previously by someone else. It took under 5 minutes to diagnose and display faulty components. Unfortunately, given advanced age of refrigerator parts are no longer available. It was worth it to me to pay DX charges before replacing entire unit.

Terrance is fabulous & has been here so many times we think he's family. He has come repeatedly, 6+ times since Sept 2 to install new ice maker. We've been through 6-7 ice maker parts from all over the country of them & none of the work. Waiting for the warranty folks to give up as this part clearly does not exist. And pay Terrance more-he's the best svc rep ever
