This was a follow-up call for our fridge freezer: the top freezer shelf was binding following the removal of an ice dam in the bottom. Gary basically fiddled with it, said the bottom bin was slightly warped and would be $200-300 to replace, but if we loaded the binding side more heavily, that would help keep it down. We put our collection of blue ice there. Since all he did was tinker with it for a minute, he didn't charge us. We appreciated it very much!
