5 stars. He worked hard to fix the temperature control on my refrigerator. He inserted a computer board ordered by a previous Sears service technician. He showed me how the temperature control works.A short time after he left I went to get water but a read out said dispenser off. Yesterday a GE technician came to fix the problem. He ordered a new computer board as he thinks the wrong computer board was installed as he was able to manually get water and ice dispensed.

Service Technician (Fazil) was very professional. Arrived on time. Knew exactly what to do. When he left my refrigerator was working properly and he left everything clean. He even asked me to text him the next day, just to make sure everything was working properly. (BEST TECH EVER)
