I feel so sorry for all the service texts that have come out to fix my ice maker and how bad the process goes. This is not due to the service technicians, but due to their policies through the Sears home warranty program they determined to service visits prior that the part was no longer available But their scheduling office even though they knew the part wasn't available as scheduled two service appointments my last technician that just left was originally scheduled to come in the morning, but when I told him the problem he canceled that until he could get clarification from the office well they had him come out Confirm that no part had arrived. Confirm that yes the icemaker is not working and yes, the part needed is the one no longer available. He performed his service professionally and did all of the calls and things he was asked to do. He arrived on time this afternoon after his call asking if I would be home. Hopefully, the process goes smoothly from this point forward.
