Jeffery is a very nice man. Who pretty much knew what was going on when he got here. He tried to push some buttons and get it to run but to no avail. The fix was going to be almost a new refrigerator. So not sure what we will do.

Ruben did a fabulous job and was very nice and pleasant. He accidentally left a couple of tools but I have no live way to let him know, I only hope he gets the message I was able to add to the repair (but the repair has also been completed so he may not look at it). I truly HATE stupid AI "attendants" that won't let you talk to a human who could text Ruben before he gets to his next job without his tools.
