Clement trouble shot the reason why we continue to have ice maker issues. He disassembled the ice maker, replaced the component reassembled the ice maker and then sealed the unit so warmer air from the refrigerator couldn't get into the ice maker. He cleaned up after the job was complete! Very pleased with the service call he performed.
