Refrigerator repair
Service was excellent, technician arrived early, diagnosed the problem and went to get the part and returned and completed the service. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank You!!

Ron is a very knowledgeable technician! We had a technician from Sears here who replaced parts twice but did not fix the dispenser however as soon as Ron came in he correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem which turned out to be the wiring in the door. Ron is professional and personable who deserves recognition

Both of our Sears techs were great. Scott was dispatched to finish the job once the first tech diagnosed the mainboard as the problem. Scott called to let me know he was on his way and when he arrived went right to work and was finished in about 15 minutes.

The service guy was very nice. But there is something else wrong with the refrigerator for the lights to keep going out .New lights were put in less than months ago Never have I owned a refrigerator that the lights keep burning out It would be really nice if a repair man could figure out what is really going on
