Sergi was outstanding, knowledgeable and professional. I was very frustrated when he showed up October 29th as I have been trying to fix the lights in my fridge and freezer. I had been stood up 3 times by sears which had nothing to do with Sergi as he was awesome. I'm trying to negotiate the price for my protection agreement since I was stood up 3 times and wasted 3 vacation days to Sears. But can never get a live person to negotiate my protection agreement!!!! Customer service for sears us the worst ever
