The best technician
I have a refrigerator which has been having problems for years. Today was the 10th time that a technician came to deal with the problem. The previous one, the one that came on Oct 27, also said that it was not repairable but didn't do the paperwork or called the offices in the mainland. At last today Jonathan worked with the refrigerator, also noticed that it can't be repaired. But instead of just writing it down, called the offices and made the necessary arrangements. Many technicians have been here to deal with the problem and I can assure you that Jonathan is the more professional and knowledgeable of all of them.

Benny showed up and had the refrigerator fixed in about five minutes. Very friendly, very professional. My only complaint is that my appointment was canceled by Sears three times while I waited for my refrigerator to be fixed. Sears needs to get their act together….
