Excellent service
We got great service from Robert who diagnosed and fixed our erratic LG refrigerator. We called yesterday evening and the job was done today by the Sears tech. He patiently explained the problem and how we should monitor performance. Thanks, Sears.

Richard cleaned guts and checked all temperatures. It appears that at this time it is working, but Richard advised us to keep a check on it because dirt and debris was causing compressor to overheat which might have caused some damage to it.
