My experience was poor from the warehouse, packing and shipping. First I received an empty box and could not reach a live agent to report it for two weeks. Then they sent a used dirty nasty replacement. The whole process took over a month to resolve, mind you this part was over $500. All of the technicians was great! I will never use Sears Home Service again!

Of course he or who ever was scheduled did not come the 1st day scheduled.. but did come the second time. He was very nice and informative but repair so high it would be pretty close to being able to buy new so we only paid for visit..
