Honest tech, explained options. Very polite. Totally unacceptable product lifecycle-6yrs Will never buy LG again

This was a rescheduled appointment. And I am so glad I had Tajmoh as my tech. He was very nice, professional, and very thorough. He cleaned the dust out of the bottom of the fridge and fixed the broken part. I wish we could always select out technician. I would choose Tajmoh every time.

Repeat call as fridge still leaked. Scott cleaned both freezer and fridge drains, removed ice build up in fridge and tested all drains lines: no further leakage
