I have been through over two months without a refrigerator. Communication with Sears Home Services has been the worst experience I have ever encountered ! 7 "confirmed" service appointments failed to show up and were automatically rescheduled! When I eventually reached a live person, they were nice, but lacked ability to resolve anything. Supervisors never returned call. Ruben was the only person that understood and finally worked with me using his inside channels to resolve this issue. On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being outstanding, and 1 horrific, Ruben gets 5 stars. Unfortunately, Sears Home Services gets no stars. They have been worse than horrific! Unfortunately, I will cancel my agreement and share my experience with others.
