The technician, Wayne, called and said he would be at our home in 30 minutes. He arrived and was informed of the problem with the fridge. He troubleshot and diagnosed the problem with the drain as ice was building up under the evaporator coil. Repairs were made in a timely manner, and a thorough explanation was provided. Wayne seemed to be very knowledgeable about appliances.

Norman was on time and courteous. I felt safe and comfortable with him, and confident in his knowledge and abilities. Unfortunately the cost of the fix was more expensive than the refrigerator, but he even offered the Sears monthly service for after we buy our new refrigerator. Loved Norman.

Ignacio kept me informed on arrival time. He was friendly and completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time, little over an hour. He cleaned up the work space and explained how long it would take for fridge to cool down so things could be added. Very nice guy!
