Looks like the part needed is not available. His suggestion is to let the fridge defrost for 36 hours and that should clear up the frozen drain

Richard called to arrange an arrival time. He was very prompt! After explaining what the last repairman worked on, Richard jumped right in and disassembled my freezer drawer in order to get to the problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional! If I ever need another repairman I hope the company sends Richard.
