Kris arrived promptly at 8 AM. He checked the water pressure and the flow of the water. He explained that the pressure was fine and that flow of water from the refrigerator is good.

Repair technician Don K was excellent. I can't say the same for my AI experience. It was very frustrating and even having an automated phone system was challenging to select the correct option. AI made me feel like a very stupid person which I'm not and I didn't appreciate it.

Mr. Raymond was a complete professional. He explained to me what to expect along the process. He was friendly and kind. I thank him so much for all he did to help get my refrigerator ready to see if it works after waiting for more than 2 months. I thank God and I thank Mr. Raymond.
