James arrrived on time and worked deligently to repair my refrigerator. He identified the issue and attempted to resolve it to no avail. The refrigerate line was clogged and coulf not be replace due to the designed. he was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process .

Mike was professional and got the job done. I was unimpressed with Alonzo from last week who claimed that I was not home when I was. He called me to say he wasn't coming anymore because it was too late and then he showed up on my property to take a picture and pretend that I wasn't home. I did not appreciate him. However, the water spout of the water dispenser is now dripping.

After weeks of missed appointments, misdiagnoses, and postponed appointments, we got Joe for a technician and he fixed our problem. This was a painful process, exacerbated by only having access to AI which failed miserably and left me extremely frustrated. I would never recommend Sears Home Services to anyone.
